Copy (website text) you particularly want used for the project.
Pictures of work desired or completed.
Testimonials or links to reviews etc.
Login details to existing website.

If you look at our services page you can see its a process, if we're not waiting for copy (website text) or pictures from you it will be significantly faster process.
Usually we aim to complete all projects within a 2-4 week period. Bespoke projects may take longer and this will be highlighted in the discovery call.

You do! we can help and assist you along the way and even help you get the right deal, but all billing will be done buy yourselves in the end.
For any reason you need our help buying the domain etc we can help you get started and bill you if theres any issues.

We are located just south of London, basically off the M23 which puts us in a great location to service London and Brighton area's with everything in between.
That doesn't mean we're limited to this area, we're happy to serve globally.
However most of our client meetings are done over email, FaceTime/Skype or via the phone. It’s rare that we meet people face to face. Tech these days allows us to do so much so quickly and we prefer to spend time create your vision.

All additional costs will be for domain and hosting. For example: a google email address and squarespace website hosting, which is standard and depending on your bespoke package this could vary,
If you require any additional work we would discuss any additional costs with you first, this is normally for very custom projects.

ALL PRICES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND SUBJECT TO VAT WHERE APPLICABLE.
For tasks under £450 we require payment in advance.
For projects over £450 we require 50% in advance and 50% before we finalise or make the final draft of the project.
All payments and ideas have to be confirmed before start of project

Easiest method is bank transfers after receiving our invoice.

You can make a payment to us using PayPal.
NOTE: To avoid transaction fees, please ensure that payments are made using ONLY the "Friends and Family" option.

For international transactions, we recommend using Wise (TransferWise).
